We facilitate the distribution of the user’s profile but we are not responsible for the content within that profile, nor the services offered by the users on our site. We are not an agency, do not act as an intermediary, and are not a party to any transaction, interaction, or arrangement between Service Providers and Site Users. We do not vet, monitor, or endorse the services advertised, nor do we accept any liability arising from interactions between users.

Definitions

“Service Provider” refers to any user who creates a listing or profile to advertise their services on the site.
“Site User” refers to any person accessing the site, including those browsing or contacting Service Providers.

Service Providers

Persons using our site to create a profile as a service provider agree to provide accurate information and to ensure that the information they provide is kept up to date. Payments

In addition to free profiles, we offer Service Providers the opportunity to upgrade their account to a paid profile. This is on a subscription basis and access to paid features will only be provided as long as the subscription is maintained. Costs for any subscriptions are clearly identified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are offered on a pro-rata basis for any unused subscription period, except where a violation of these Terms has occurred. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.

Intellectual Property

All users retain ownership of their content and images, but grant us a limited license to use, display and distribute it via our network, including to other sites on our network. All code, content, and branding of our site is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright laws.

Privacy
